The 20x26x7" Luggable XL boasts 7 premium SickleFlow fans, a great fit for medium-large rooms like open kitchen/family, classrooms, cafeterias, gyms, etc.  It's well-oriented: the main 5-fan bank can blow up or sideways, with one side against a wall. Finally, it really is luggable -- weighing only 8 lbs!  Luggable XL comes with a side suitcase handle installed.

The optional hex mesh filter guard protects from prying little hands and claws. They also strengthen the box considerably.  We recommend them if the box will be moved around a lot or placed in high traffic areas like classrooms or restaurants.

Assembled SickleFlow Luggables carry FCC & UL507 Electrical Safety certifications plus meets California Air Resources Board (CARB) ozone limits.  (They do not emit any ozone).

Unassembled Kit has 30 minute assembly time and assembles with the same procedure as the factory, though only factory-inspected units can carry the UL507 mark.

Considering shipping prices, unassembled STEM Kit w/o filters save ~$50 when 3M Filtrete MPR1900/MPR2200 20x25 are purchased separately from Lowes.  Outside the US, try Digi-Key

Plus the Mobius loop-dynamic bearing is rated at 210,000 hours or 22 years MTTF (mean-time-to-failure) vs 18 years MTTF for the SickleFlow.

Intertek tested our XL Ultra to achieve an unprecedented 24 Smoke CADR per Watt, more than double the energy efficiency of all large HEPA purifiers in the EnergyStar database!
