Shipping Policy (within USA)

All products ship free, usually by UPS Ground from Missouri.  You will be notified by email when your product ships.  Due to high demand, orders may take 5-10 days to process and ship. Contact us if you have an event deadline to expedite.  For pre-orders, see the expected availability date.  

Shipping Policy (Canada)

Shipping to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International (~6-10 days) is included in the Canadian purchase price.  We also include a USMCA duty-free declaration letter so you should not be charged duties.  However, you may still have to pay some border fees or taxes, usually < 10% of purchase price, before receiving your shipment.

International Shipping

International shipping of any items is very expensive, especially bulky items.  To minimize these costs, we only ship Exhalaron and unassembled DIY fan kits (in flat boxes) to select countries like Australia and Europe where 3M Filtrete MPR1900/2200 filters are available via Digi-Key.  Custom duties and/or VAT taxes will be due before final delivery.  Be on the lookout for notice from your customs office to pay them so you can receive your package.  

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a conditional 30-day money back guarantee for purchases less non-refundable items.  Exchanges into models with the same filter size are allowed at no charge except shipping within 30 days. Used filters must be disposed of for hygiene reasons, thus $50 for used dual filters is not refundable or transferable.   Shipping charges are also non-refundable.  Returns after 30 days are non-refundable. Refund credit will only be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to be posted.

1-Year Warranty

All purifiers come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement of the product with the same product or like product as determined by the customer and RMA when direct replacement is unavailable.

Warranty Shipping Costs

Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer under warranty. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Warranty Forfeiture

Warranty is not granted if a product is received without original invoice. Warranty is void if product stickers have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void if mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product that would normally void manufacturer's warranty has occurred. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purposes are not granted warranty coverage
